Our mission is to help people transform their relationship with food from that of restriction, deprivation, guilt, control and shame to an eating style that is intuitive, flexible, fearless and guilt-free. We do this through a non-diet, weight-neutral approach where the focus is self-care and self-compassion.

Hi! I'm Anastasia an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Mind Body Eating Coach with a passion to help others become joyful, flexible, intuitive eaters and cultivate peace in their relationship with their body.

Our health is multifaceted and cannot simply be defined by our body's shape or size. I strive to create a weight-inclusive environment for clients to feel safe, supported and empowered on their journey towards a healthier, happier life.

In both my coaching sessions and Mindful Eating Workshops I use mindfulness tools and health promoting interventions to support clients on their journey. My goal is to help you become your own expert, make the best decisions around food without confusion, deprivation or guilt.

I completed Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Sydney in 2012 and have since worked in a various settings including private practice, hospital and public health. I have since complete training on the non-diet approach, mindful eating program facilitating with Michelle May and the Mind Body Eating Certification with Marc David.

Both my personal & professional experiences have lead me to establishing Stay Nourished as a place where people feel liberated in their eating choices and find body acceptance.  I specialise in Disordered Eating, Intuitive Eating, and Body Image Healing, using a Health At Every Size® (HAES) approach. I look forward to helping you overcome your obstacles and develop a new perspective on how health is defined.
