It is my belief that long lasting well-being begins with the right tools. As you are able to understand yourself, begin to trust your body wisdom and nutrition needs you can begin to feel in charge. From there you can begin to transform your life & change habits that don't serve you. This is what I offer in the Mindful Eating Program. 

I believe that there is no one shape, weight or size that we need to be to reach health. Our health is not just physical but it also includes your mind, emotions, purpose. You are unique; and I am interested in hearing about your life experiences.
