The program will run over 8 weekly x 90 minute webinars.

Weekly workshops will be held through ZOOM on Tuesdays 6pm - 7:30pm (ACST) from 29 January until 19 March 2019.

Eating can be quite complex....

We make thousands of decisions around food and eating each and every day. Our relationship with food starts from our childhood years, it is shaped by our family, life experiences, and so much more...everyone's experiences are individual and personal.

Week by week, we explore in depth the numerous decisions we make each day surrounding food and eating. The main tool we use to achieve this is called the Mindful Eating Cycle (as shown in the pic!).The cycle is used to help us explore without judgement  the hundreds of decisions we make around eating each day.

Every week we peel back another layer and get a step closer to a peaceful, enjoyable relationship with food and our body.

When we label foods as good or bad, we give power to food. If we eat the "naughty" foods we are naughty, if we eat the "good" foods we are good.

We then get obsessed around what we eat. This is what DIET MENTALITY does to us. We create a love hate relationship with food that is cyclical and can take over our lives and leave us feeling defeated...
